# Zertiko

> Zertiko is a marketplace for women selling AI-powered digital services, with a free academy built in. Each Study Wizard teaches one specific service, ends in a certification exam (80% to pass, three distinct versions) and a capstone graded on five published criteria by a Zertiko reviewer, then turns the graded capstone into a live gig listing with the capstone as the portfolio sample. Payments are held in escrow until the buyer accepts delivery. Badges (Trained, Verified, Pro) are earned by evidence buyers can check.
